Helping organisations promote social inclusion
YFA built an enviable reputation by providing high-quality learning and development programmes for staff and managers working in the public sector. A central part of YFA’s philosophy was to promote social inclusion, value diversity and create dynamic partnerships across and within organisations.
Established in April 2000, YFA worked with clients from such sectors as health, social care, services for children and young people and community and voluntary sector.
YFA for 15 years provided senior managers in the public sector with high quality services that promoted social inclusion, diversity and partnership through innovative trainings and development programmes.
Elevate Women’s Management and Leadership Training was a two-year training programme (2003-2005) delivered by women, for women. It aimed at supporting women to ‘elevate’ their confidence in leadership and management roles, through training and/or coaching; with the added bonus of gaining recognised qualifications.
